Terms
These terms are between you and the maker of Toplet, Zubair Zahid, Islamabad, Pakistan ("we"). By installing or buying Toplet you agree to them. They are written to be read.
The trial
Toplet is free to try for 7 days, with every feature. After that it locks until you enter a licence key. Settings and quitting always keep working.
Your licence
- One purchase gives you a personal licence to use Toplet on up to 3 PCs at a time. Deactivate one in Settings to move the licence to another.
- It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It includes every update to Toplet 1.x.
- You may not resell, share or publish your licence key, or redistribute or modify Toplet itself.
- After activation Toplet works offline. It checks the licence now and then; if it can't reach the server it keeps working for at least 30 days.
Buying
Creem sells Toplet to you as our merchant of record: they process the payment, charge any sales tax or VAT, and send your receipt and key. Creem's terms apply to the purchase itself. Refunds are covered on the Refunds page.
Revoking a licence
A key that is refunded, charged back, or shared publicly can be turned off. Toplet then locks, as after the trial.
Your scripts
Toplet can show messages your own scripts send it. You're responsible for what your scripts send; Toplet marks every such message with a "hook" tag so it can't pass itself off as Toplet.
No warranty
We work hard on Toplet, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Toplet. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. Changes never take away a licence you already bought.
