How
Within 14 days of buying, write to support@windowsnotch.com from the email you bought with, or reply to your receipt. We answer within 3 business days. The refund goes back to the way you paid, through Creem, our merchant of record; your bank may take a few days to show it.
What happens to the licence
A refunded key is turned off. Toplet notices at its next licence check and goes back to the locked state, as after the trial. Your settings stay, so buying again later picks up where you left off.
